Replacement Policy

• Dissatisfaction with the look, feel, or sound of a defect-free product.
• Physical damage not reported within 24 hours.
• Damage caused by electrical surges or misuse by the customer.

Replacement Process

• The product must be returned with all original accessories and packaging intact.
• Once approved, we will arrange pickup and ship a replacement unit.
