Replacement Policy

Eligible for Replacement

All claims must be submitted to our website support team and will be verified within 24 hours.

Not Eligible for Replacement

• Physical damage not reported within 24 hours.
• Damage caused by electrical surges or misuse by the customer.

Replacement Process

• The product must be returned with all original accessories and packaging intact.
• Once approved, we will arrange pickup and ship a replacement unit.
