Not Eligible for Replacement
- Dissatisfaction with the look, feel, or sound of a defect-free product.
- Physical damage not reported within 24 hours.
- Damage caused by electrical surges or misuse by the customer.
Replacement Process
- The product must be returned with all original accessories and packaging intact.
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup and ship a replacement unit.
