Shipping Policy

Replacement Policy

• We offer replacements only. No returns or refunds.

Eligible for Replacement

Replacements can be requested if:

• The product is defective or physically damaged (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
• The product is not functioning properly (must be reported within 7 days of delivery).
• The product does not match what was shown or described on the website (must be reported within 24 hours).

All claims must be submitted to our website support team and will be verified within 24 hours.

Not Eligible for Replacement

• Dissatisfaction with the look, feel, or sound of a defect-free product.
• Physical damage not reported within 24 hours.
• Damage caused by electrical surges or misuse by the customer.

Replacement Process

• The product must be returned with all original accessories and packaging intact.
• Once approved, we will arrange pickup and ship a replacement unit.
